Acceptance

Purpose of the service

Kronoma is online software for tracking work time, managing clients and projects, preparing invoices, tracking selected expenses and exporting data.

  • Using Kronoma means accepting these terms.
  • The service may evolve with new features, limits, fixes or interface changes.
  • Some features may depend on the active plan, account configuration or third-party services.

Account

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the information they enter in Kronoma and how they use generated documents.

  • Keep account, business profile, clients, rates, taxes, currencies and bank details accurate.
  • Review invoices, QR-bills, exports, amounts, legal details, taxes and payment terms before sending anything to a third party.
  • Do not use Kronoma for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive data or uses that infringe third-party rights.

Plans

Offers, trials and payments

Kronoma may offer a free plan, paid plans, a Pro trial, a recurring subscription or a Lifetime purchase depending on the offer shown at checkout.

  • Applicable prices, limits and features are those shown on the pricing page or checkout flow when subscribing.
  • Payments, subscriptions, payment invoices and billing portals may be handled by Stripe.
  • A free trial may become paid at the end of the stated period if the user has provided a payment method and has not cancelled in time.

Refunds

Cancellation and refunds

Unless otherwise required or specifically agreed, fees already paid are not automatically refunded.

  • Users can cancel future subscription renewals from the billing portal when available.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid.
  • A full or partial refund may be reviewed case by case, especially for clear error, major technical incident, double payment or exceptional situation.

Availability

Service, data and interruptions

Kronoma makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee permanent, error-free or uninterrupted access.

  • The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, fixes, incidents, security or third-party dependency issues.
  • Users should export or back up important data when needed for their business.
  • Kronoma does not replace personalized tax, accounting, legal or administrative advice.

Invoicing

Generated documents and compliance

Documents generated by Kronoma are management aids. Final accuracy depends on the data entered and user review.

  • Users must check the requirements that apply to their country, status, VAT, legal details and commercial terms.
  • Swiss QR-bills are offered only when the profile and currency are compatible with that feature.
  • Kronoma may refuse, suspend or limit use that compromises the service, security or other users' rights.
